Our cabin is booked solid for the summer and is filling up fast for the fall. We had families stay with us last year up until November and while some did get snow, all had a great time. Hiking and paddling is even better in the fall!

Speaking of Paddling. We are adding a paddle boat to our fleet of boats and it holds up to 5 people or 775 pounds. It would be good for 2 adults and 2 children.

Come enjoy the serenity of the Adirondacks in our quaint waterfront cabin.

Here are just a few comments we liked reading:

"We love this place!"

"Love the fireplace and the view from just about every window"

"We really enjoyed the blueberries along the driveway-had them in pancakes twice!!"

"Hummingbirds made daily visits...saw several Great Blue Herons and had several visits from the Loons."

"Enjoyed the cozy cottage and will recommend to friends."

"The sound of the Loons is magical."

"Everything we needed for a great weekend with friends!"

Loon Lake Landing is located 20 miles north of Saranac Lake and 28 miles to Lake Placid/Whiteface Mountain in Franklin County NY.

The cabin has three bedrooms and one bath and is located on 2.5 acres.

The beautiful waterfront area and private dock provide unobstructed access to Loon Lake. The Landing is one of only a few properties on Loon Lake with a large beach area.

The views at Loon Lake Landing go on for miles.  Whiteface Mountain and other "High Peaks ," are just a peek out the door or window!

While we offer many of the modern conveniences to which, we have all become accustomed, we hope you choose to instead take advantage of the many awesome (and FREE) activities right outside the doors of the camp.

Loon Lake Landing offers a Horseshoe pit, a croquet set, a set of bocce balls, board games, books and DVD's, in addition to many other activities.

A 2-person canoe, a row boat and a tandem kayak for paddling around Loon Lake.

There is a dock for swimming, fishing and lounging.

Go fishing on Loon Lake for Small Mouth bass and Northern Pike!

There are also places to fish for trout within 5 minutes of the camp.

There are thousands of acres of state land a stone's throw away.

Hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling are all right outside the door.

If the cross-country ski trails right outside the door do not meet your needs, the Cascade Cross Country Center in Lake Placid is only forty minutes away.

Also, there are two ski resorts within 40 minutes; Whiteface and Titus Mountains .

Of course, sometimes nothing beats just sittin' back, breathing the clean clear Adirondack air …just being, while the haunting call of the loon echoes around you.

The fire pit by the lake is equipped with Adirondack chairs. Closer to the cabin, is a patio with a big old stone chimney for campfires.

Loon Lake is a private lake, so there is not a lot of boat traffic.

We have both gas and charcoal grills for all of your barbequing needs.

Loon Lake Landing is a fully insulated cabin, available year-round.
