Our rates:
July and August $1400 Weekly usd (plus 8% NYS sales tax $112)
All other months $1200 Weekly usd (plus 8% NYS sales tax $96)

$200 deposit holds the cabin and turns into your security deposit. 1st payment is due 60 days before check in and the 2nd payment is due 14 days before check in.
$200 security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days provided there are no problems.
Well behaved Pets are allowed with owners approval. No more than 2 dogs at once.
Please leave the cabin in reasonably clean condition. There is an additional fee if unusual cleaning is required. Specific instructions about linens and garbage will be provided.
Linens, bath towels and hand towels are provided. We do not provide Beach towels or doggy towels so please bring some.
Check-in is 3pm Saturday and Check-out is no later than 11am on Saturday.
Our cabin comfortably sleeps six. There are 3 queen beds.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cabin. When smoking on the grounds, dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
